Arnold Palmer Group Umbrella Communications a case study

CHALLENGE

The Arnold Palmer Group, comprised of a number of entities under the iconic “umbrella,” had never had a structured communications program. WM was retained to review the communications outputs for the various business entities and worked to integrate their messaging across both their non-for-profit as well as for-profit entities. WM then worked to pitch stories and manage the internal and external communications for the entity.

OUR THINKING

Create an integrated corporate message architecture that reflects the Arnold Palmer brand and implement it across the various business units.

OUR ACTION

WM worked closely with the leadership of the organization, as well as the business entities to implement the message architecture. Then, WM began to pitch media for the various events that took place throughout the year.

RESULTS

A message architecture was implements and interviews were secured with influential media outlets.
